Preparing for your Cryoskin 4.0

CryoSlimming

  • No Sugars or Carbs a minimum of 2 hours before and after your session.
  • Avoid alcohol for the duration of your package if at all possible.
  • Please arrive with clean skin.
  • Avoid exercise immediately before session as it is harder to cool an area and can impact results.
  • Drink 1.5-2 liters of water per day throughout the span of the treatment sessions. (5 sessions = 10 weeks.)
  • If you have had hair removal, please wait 3-5 days after to have a session.

CryoToning

  • Please arrive with clean skin.
  • Drink plenty of water day of and following. 1-2 liters per day.

CryoFacials

  • Please arrive with a clean face, neck and décolleté. 
  • Increase water intake day of and after to 1-2 liters.

Preparing for your Whole Body CRYOTHERAPY

Make sure you bring shorts (Males/Females) and a sports bra (Female)

We provide gloves, socks and boots for you!

Make sure you are DRY.

You may not cryo if you are sweating or damp for ANY reason.

You Can NOT do Whole Body Cryotherapy if...

  • You are Pregnant
  • You have severe Raynauds Disease
  • Severe Hypertension (BP> 180/100)
  • Acute or recent myocardial infarction
  •  Unstable angina pectoris
  • Symptomatic cardiovascular disease
  • Peripheral arterial occlusive disease
  • Venous thrombosis
  • Acute or recent cerebrovascular accident
  • Uncontrolled seizures
  • Fever
  • Severe anemia
  • Infection
  • Acute kidney and urinary tract diseases. 
  • Children under 18 must have parental consent and have a parent present during treatment.

Preparing for you PEMF

REMOVE ALL ELECTRONICS

You must empty your pockets and leave all your things (especially wallet, credit cards, phone, key fob, tablets, computers, etc) on the table by the door.

Remember to Hydrate

Because PEMF gives your body the ability to release toxins it's been collecting, it's very important to remain well hydrated and give those toxins an exit strategy.

Who can NOT do PEMF

If you are 

  • Pregnant
  • Have an implanted electronic device such as Pacemaker, Cochlear Implants that can not be removed during your session.
  • History of seizures.
