Preparing for you Emerald Laser Lipo
Fit 3D Profile
Before we start with a series of Emerald Laser Sessions, we need to get a baseline of your health/wellness.
If you can wear matching undergarments, please do so.
Also, wearing the same set each time helps show your progress most effectively.
Remember to Hydrate
Because fat is released via the lymphatic system, drink plenty of water & get lots of movement or do things that help your body sweat. This is required through out the entire process and up to 4 weeks after your final treatment.
A good rule is half your weight in ounces of water per day, but the best gauge is clear urine.
For Best Results
- Do not drink alcohol
- Avoid processed foods & sugars
- Get good sleep & remember to Move Your Body!
- Hydrate & Eat Lean Protein
Preparing for you PEMF
REMOVE ALL ELECTRONICS
You must empty your pockets and leave all your things (especially wallet, credit cards, phone, key fob, tablets, computers, etc) on the table by the door.
Remember to Hydrate
Because PEMF gives your body the ability to release toxins it's been collecting, it's very important to remain well hydrated and give those toxins an exit strategy.

Who can NOT do PEMF
If you are
- Pregnant
- Have an implanted electronic device such as Pacemaker, Cochlear Implants that can not be removed during your session.
- History of seizures.
Preparing for Endospheres Therapy
Cellulite Treatment, Lymphatic Drainage & Facials
PRECAUTIONS
- Pregnancy/Breastfeeding
- Deep Vein Thrombosis
- Phlebitis
- Severe Varicose veins
- Surgery in the past three months
- Open skin/wounds in the treatment area
- Patients with an exposed great saphenous vein.
- Patients being treated with anticoagulant medicines.
- Cancer/tumor (Treatment can commence 5 years post chemo or with specialist approval).
FACIALS:
- No Botox or Fillers in past 45 days before Endo Facial.
- Come with a clean face/no makeup if possible.
- We will need you to put your hair up for this session.
- Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
CELLULITE:
- Wear a T-back or Thong panties if possible (Disposables available upon request.)
- Clean skin/Shower prior to session.
- Urinate prior to session.
- Plenty of water is required to move the toxins out. Try and get a gallon of water in the day of your session.
