Mission:

To heal, inspire, and motivate as many individuals as possible towards optimal health and beauty through a multitude of natural, non-invasive wellness options.

We are a very small team of 3 and are so grateful to our clients for trusting us with helping them on their wellness journey. We strive to provide a luxurious Spa environment and relaxing atmosphere with some of the latest non-invasive bio-hacking technologies for health, wellness and beauty.

Marriah Wyrding/Success Partner

Marriah Wyrding is a multifaceted facilitator and performance artist with 25+ years of experience. Born in Southern California, she has created myriad events and gatherings centered on communal care and artistic expression. She has entertained audiences near and far on a stage and screen, and is currently curating productions in Oregon and Texas. Ever inspired by the intersection of somatic and therapeutic practices, she is passionate about supporting folks of all walks of life on their path of healing and purpose.

She is grateful to be able to apply her skills, work with wonderful people, and learn new techniques and technologies at R3 Vitality!

Reservations

We require all clients book their sessions a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

A credit card on file is required to hold an appointment

& all elite services require a deposit at booking.

Cancelations & Deposits

Your spa treatment is reserved especially for you and requires a credit card at time of booking.

If you need to cancel or change the date of your reservation, we request a minimum of 24-Hours notice for a single session and 48-Hours notice for any clients with multiple sessions booked on that day.

This allows us to open up the time & make it available for others in need of services.

24-Hours notice required for Single Session Cancelations or Changes.
48-Hours notice is required for Multiple Service Cancelations or Date Changes.
50% Of All Service charges will be charged on any late cancelations.
The Full Service Fee will be charged on any No-Call/No-Show appointments.
10-Minutes after appointment start time is considered a No Show.

Discounted credits or packages will not be applied towards cancelation fees.

Refunds

R3 CryoSpa policy is to only provides spa credit for any unused purchases.

These spa credits MUST be used within

One year of the original purchase.

Any pre-paid deposits or pre-payment of services will only be given as In Store Credit, and also must be used

within a year from original purchase.

No Exceptions

All Sales are Final.

Guests with medical conditions are advised to consult their doctors prior to booking any spa services. Kindly inform your spa technician of any existing medical conditions prior to receiving any treatments. R3 CryoSpa reserves the right to discontinue a service for any reason to insure the safety of all parties.

To maintain a peaceful environment, we ask that you silence your cell phones & electronic devices upon arrival. Feel free to use headphones if you like.

All purchases expire 1 year from said purchase date with the exception of monthly memberships.

Memberships services expire one month from purchase date and do not carry over & may not be transferred to another party.

Arriving late doesn't allow our consultants to give the level of service we strive for with every client.

Please Arrive 5-Minutes before your first appointment to fill out any paperwork, or use the facilities as needed, prior to your session.

Text us at your earliest convenience if you think you will be arriving late.

Regretfully, untimely arrivals may be subject to reduced treatment times to remain on time for subsequent guests.

If you are more than 10-Minutes late, we will require you to reschedule your session and pay the late cancel fee.
