You may use your gift card by presenting it for payment when making a purchase. 

• This is not a credit/debit card and has no implied warranties. 
• R3 CryoSpa is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized card use. 
• This card is redeemable for purchases only. 
• Unused value remains on card and can not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. 
• Gift cards, like all purchases, expire one year from date of original purchase.

All purchases expire 1 year from said purchase date with the exception of monthly memberships.

 Memberships services expire one month from purchase date and do not carry over & may not be transferred to another party.

Arriving late doesn't allow our consultants to give the level of service we strive for with every client. 

• Please  Arrive 5-Minutes before your first appointment to fill out any paperwork, or use the facilities as needed, prior to your session.

• Prompt arrival will help us stay on schedule for all guests.

• Text us at your earliest convenience if you think you will be arriving late.

• Regretfully, untimely arrivals may be subject to reduced treatment times or need to rebook, with $50 late change fee.

• If you will be more than 15-Minutes late, we will require you to reschedule your session and pay the late cancel fee.

Your spa treatment is reserved especially for you and requires a credit card  on  file at

time of booking.

If you need to cancel or change the date of your reservation, we require a minimum of 24-Hours notice for a single session and 48-Hours notice for any clients with multiple sessions booked .

This allows us to ope the time & make it available for others in need of services.

• 24-Hours notice required for Single Session Cancelations or Changes.
• 48-Hours notice is required for Multiple Service Cancelations or Date Changes.
• $50 late cancel fee will be charged on any late cancelations or changes.
• $100 or Full Service Fee will be charged on any No-Call/No-Show appointments.

If you are 10+ minutes late for your appointment without notice, you will be charged for your service or a $100 No show fee and need to reschedule for another day.

Discounted credits or packages will not be applied towards cancelation fees.

A Valid Credit Card Must be on file to rebook a No Show Appointment.

 This is in consideration of the next client and their scheduled start time.

R3 CryoSpa policy is to only provides spa credit for any unused purchases. 

These spa credits MUST be used within a year of the original purchase.

Any pre-paid deposits or pre-payment of services will only be given as 

In Store Credit, and also must be used 

within a year from original purchase.
